| I rely on small farmers to produce and dye most of my distinctive wool. The seasonal nature of sheep shearing means not all wool colors are available year round and there is variability in the dyeing process of the unspun wool. No two batches of dyed wool will come out exactly alike. Thus the colors in your finished piece may vary from that in the picture but every attempt is made to stay true to the overall look and feel presented in each photo. | TO PLACE AN ORDER: Contact me via e-mail (see "Contact Me" page) or telephone (651-414-0634). Let me know your order choice(s) by noting: item title and price, city, state and zip code (so I can estimate shipping) and I will calculate your order total and send you a Paypal invoice. If your item is in stock (such as small toys) it should ship next business day after payment is received. I will notify you promptly if this is not the case. If your item is made-to-order (like dolls or playscapes) I will begin work on your order as soon as payment is received. I will notify you of an estimated ship date after I receive your payment. Most dolls are ready to ship within 7 days. Playscapes can take up to 10 days, depending upon the complexity of the piece. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and would like to return it for a refund, I need to hear from you within 3 days of receipt of your item(s). You will need to pay return shipping, and item(s) must be returned to me in original package, in original condition. Sorry, no refunds on original shipping charges except as noted below. If there is any workmanship defect on your item(s) you need to report that to me within 3 days of receipt of your order.
