Everything I make is a labor of love and I know you will be as happy with the work as I am. I securely felt all wool and attach all embellishments securely. My goal is to create pieces that will last and are worthy to be handed down through the generations. I want to make you happy! However, if for some reason you want to return your purchase and receive a refund, you must let me know within 3 days of delivery. Item must be shipped back with original packing in new, original condition with tracking and insurance.
If there's any workmanship defect, I will of course, reimburse any shipping costs.
Keep in mind that most items aren't for children under 3 years old as they could potentially pull wool apart and swallow.
How To Order
1) You can order directly from the website by using the cart system. If so, send me your zip code so that I can accurately estimate shipping before you check out. Write any preferences, such as colors in the comments section.
2) Email or call me with your selections and I can either send you an invoice via paypal or you can give me your credit card information directly. I need the following information;
Name of item.
Size and quantity.
Colors and preferences, any special detail requests.
Your zip code in order to estimate shipping.
My voicemail is secure and accessible only by me. You can leave personal and credit ard information along with your order. For your security, never email me your credit card number.
Items completed and in stock will be shipped out within 3 days. Made-to-order items will be shipped 7-14 days from the time payment is complete. I will email you with an estimated date of shipment. RUSH ordersare possible depending on my work load.
Please, if ordering items for the holidays, give me extra notice and order early. Things get very busy during the holiday season.
